What if the toy I’d like to order is out of stock?

Can I change my order once it’s placed?
- We do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible so if you need to make a change, please email email@example.com asap so we can help.
How will I know if my order came through?
- Once you place an order with GILOBABY.com, we will provide you with order confirmation information. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your order is being processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, feel free to reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if I made a mistake or change my mind after I placed the order? Can I cancel the order?
- We do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible within 24 hours, so if you need to cancel your order please email email@example.com ASAP so we can help. If the order has already shipped, once it arrives you can return it to us for a refund (MINUS ANY SHIPPING CHARGES).
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.
What do I do if my payment is declined?
- You can check your billing address and make sure it matches with what your bank has on file. We are not privy to any details on why your payment is declined so it’s best to contact the number on the back of your card to understand why your payment couldn’t be processed.
Why was my order canceled? Will I be charged when I cancel my order?
- The only reason an order would be canceled would be if it was flagged by the system as a potential risk for suspicious activity. If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, you may see a pending charge which typically drops off your bank account/credit card within a few business days.
How long will it take to receive my parcel?
- Standard shipping times can be from 5-7 business days, expedited shipping is 2-4 business days.
My parcel hasn’t arrived yet? What do I do?
- Please check your tracking number if the order has not arrived. During peak times carriers can be a bit delayed. If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.

What if I need to return the toy purchased from GILOBABY?
- If you need to return something please view our Returns Portal. If you have any issues please contact us at email@example.com with your order information and we can assist you.
What should I do if I received a damaged or defective toy?
- If you receive something that seems to be damaged or defective please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- We can offer troubleshooting to figure out the root cause of the issue and take steps from there to remedy the situation.
What will it cost me to make a return? How long will it take to process a return?
- Depending on the reason for the return there may be a return shipping charge. Once we receive a return to our warehouse you can expect to receive the refund within 3 business days.
